The Totara Academy has been recently launched. It offers Partners and subscribers training materials, courses and programs to become certified in their knowledge of Totara products.
LMS administrators, content creators, and instructors from Partner and Subscriber organisations will benefit from Academy courses.
Our Managing Director, Chad Outten, is among the world’s first certified Totara Administrators and Course Creators. He says:
The Totara Academy is a clever initiative. It represents a great opportunity for Totara users to demonstrate their knowledge and skills, become officially certified and get a competitive edge in the workplace.
Certification involves a thorough assessment of practical skills and a challenging online exam. Upon successful completion of the program, the learner will be awarded an Open Badge.
The aim the certification process is to:
- create a more skilled and knowledgeable community
- enable organisations to gain maximum benefit from the learning administration, management and delivery functionality available in Totara
- bring increased opportunities for return on investment to organisations after Totara implementation
- increase the examples of good practice that will improve the reputation of Totara in the market.
