Are you an officially certified partner?

Yes. We are a certified Moodle Partner and certified Totara Partner. We are the only provider in Australia who can make that claim. We are well-positioned to offer your organisation the choice of two world-class learning management systems.

How long have you been around for?

More than a decade, now. We established in 2007. In fact, we have been an active member of the Moodle Community since around 2005. And we were one of the first Totara Partners, when it came to market, in 2010.

Where are your servers located?

Sydney and Melbourne.

How do you define an active user?

A user who logs into the LMS in a 12-month period.

What’s the difference between Moodle and Totara LMS?

Moodle is designed for schools, universities and registered training organisations. It also suits organisations with a basic requirement or limited budget.

Totara LMS is designed for workplace training and development. It is especially popular in the corporate and government sectors. It is ideal for induction, compliance, certification and job-specific training. Key features include: hierarchies, learning plans, programs, certification, seminar management, team management, performance management, report builder.

What is your pricing for managed hosting?

Moodle starts from $5K per year ex gst for up to 500 users. Then, $7K, $9K and $11K for 3000, 5000 and 10000 users, respectively.

Totara starts from $10K per year ex gst for up to 500 users. Then, $14K, $18K and $22K for 3000, 5000 and 10000 users, respectively.

What does managed hosting include?

Software installation and configuration, backups, upgrades, branding and support.

Can we pay monthly or quarterly?

Unfortunately, not. We offer annual agreements.
