Shell is a global group of energy and petrochemical companies, which employs around 5000 site contractors in Australia. My Learning Space is responsible for hosting the Site Induction Program for Shell and supporting its key staff.
The learning management system integrates with SCORM content developed by our trusted content development partner and contains essential Occupational Health, Safety, Security and Environmental information. The system uses assessment, grading and reporting tools to make sure the user has successfully completed training before
proceeding onsite.
The outcome for Shell is having their interactive training content hosted in a stable, secure and optimised environment to efficiently deliver its mandatory Site Induction Program to its contractors throughout Australia, thereby fulfilling their strict legal obligations. Furthermore, we provide on-going support to Shell.
I recommend the support provided through My Learning Space. The online web support means I can submit a request at any time I have access. I can also rely on receiving a response in a timely manner. The ability to go back and view closed or solved requests submitted by our users makes it easier to deal with any potential issues that may arise.
