All hosting plans include 30-days free web-based support. This support may be technical or pedagogical in nature. Should you require support beyond the first 30 days, this will be on a paid hourly or annual subscription basis.

Should you experience an issue on your own server installation, we can remote access to identify and quote a costing to resolve the issue. Annual subscription entitles your school to ongoing web-based support, software upgrades on hosted plans and discounts for on-site training. We aim to respond within 24 hours to all queries via email or skype. Subscription does not include back-end customisation or access to our web-based training courses.
