Should your organisation require reliable support, this can be obtained on a casual or pre-paid basis. The support may be education-related, for example, we can advise on best e-learning practice for communication and collaboration tools. We also provide technical support, for example, remote troubleshooting or a security audit of your local LMS installation. We aim to respond within 24 hours to all queries via web ticket or skype. Cost: Our casual support rate is $150 per hour. Alternatively, pre-paid web-based support for one nominated staff member is $1250 for 10 hours and remains valid for 12 months.
