We provide Service Level Agreements that reflect these offerings. This includes maintaining the LMS instance with the latest stable Moodle core version and applying updates as they become available, implementing a strict security policy to constantly protect client data, php accelerator configuration to ensure optimal page serving and automated monitoring services to maximise server uptime. Our servers use the latest available hardware: Intel Quad Core Xeons, with RAID configuration and 100 Mbps uplink port speed. We also automate and store nightly backups on a separate server.
